The problem
Employee community and engagement are key to productivity and job satisfaction.
After surveying dozens of full-time workers, we found that 60% of in-person employees struggle to build meaningful connections with coworkers outside their immediate teams, leading to missed opportunities for collaboration, lower morale, and weaker workplace culture.

Weekly Themes
Weekly themes are shown on the
home page along with suggested
events. There are also synchronous
or asynchronous activities provided.
Discounts
Per theme, there are discounts and
rewards to similar events available if
enough events are completed.
Chats
Users can see who rsvp to events
and join the slack channel to chat
with colleagues.
Events Page Layout
Events show many details such as
participating coworkers and photos
uploaded by others.
Shared Photo Album
Anyone who participated can upload
photos with captions. This allows people
to have stronger emotional ties.
